Each session is tailored to your body and energy on the day.
We start with a brief conversation before you lie on the massage table in underwear and wrapped in a blanket.
During the treatment, I use pulsating massage and breathing techniques to explore your physical tensions, pains, or anxieties, as well as underlying emotional patterns, in order to understand the signals of your body and activate its own healing properties.
